Ordering a repeat prescription
If you are on regular medication, your doctor may arrange for you to get a prescription without being seen on each and every occasion. Please note that this service is purely for medication, which the doctor has authorised and CANNOT be used to order any other medication.
PLEASE ALLOW 2 WORKING DAYS FOR PROCESSING OF REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS – Please note that the 2 working days time frame may vary at times of increase demand such as public holidays.

You can request repeat medication through our prescription line by calling the Health Centre switchboard and selecting the Repeat Prescription option (number 3).
Online
We have launched a new online service for ordering repeat medication. Please complete the online patient services form below and hand it in to reception to access this service.

Local Chemist Collection/Ordering
You can also authorise a Local Chemist to order your prescriptions on your behalf. For this service please contact one of the chemists we use from the list below and ask them to set up their ordering service:

If you still want to order your prescriptions yourself we can send them to one of the above chemist. Please let us know which chemist you would like your items to go to when ordering.
Collecting a Prescription
All prescriptions for patients with a chosen pharmacy will be sent to the chemist that you have selected and will be ready 2 working days after ordering. Please note that some chemists will required additional time to collect and prepare your prescription.
All prescriptions for patients without a chosen pharmacy will be left at the reception desk for collection and will be ready 2 working days after ordering.
