Medical examinations for special purposes, e.g. HGV drivers, elderly drivers, pre-employment etc. require a special appointment, so please tell the receptionist if you are looking for one of these.
A fee will be payable for these examinations in accordance with the standard BMA Rate, a copy of which is available from reception.
A 50% deposit is required when booking the appointment – this will be reimbursed should you have to cancel for any reason, but is non-refundable if you do not attend the appointment if not cancelled.
