Blackburn Partnership Centre is a two storey building which has easy access through automatic doors via a flat paved entrance. The Health Centre is located on the ground floor of the building. The building offers disabled parking spots near the main entrance.
Consulting rooms are accessible to all and toilet facilities are provided for those with additional needs.
The GP and community desks for the Health Centre is located to the left when entering the building with the Library and other building services straight ahead.
